Rock climbing in Verdon Gorges is always fantastic. I work for the french alpine club with a team of the best young mountaineers of Haute Savoie. The goal of this session is aid climbing. We did the 6hours drive from Chamonix to reach the Verdon.
We climbed three parallel routes : Castapiagne rouge Nagazaki and Néant quotidien.
The access to base of the route : a 200 meters rappel in the air gives the tone.
We spent 2 days and half in the routes sleeping on portaledges.
